~ C Game Recap - Game 8 - 05/11/06 vs Jokers Wild - 7/4 loss

For the eighth game of the C league spring season D5 faced Jokers Wild. Going into the game D5 was 0-3 in team history versus the Jokers. The Jokers were without a goalie for the game so former D5 goalie Chris Dragotta subbed in.

The game started off tightly played as both team scored early on. (D5 goal by Chad Matthews) Unfortunatly penalties cost D5 as Jokers scored the next 3 goals on a series of penalties. D5 started a comeback on a goal by Matt Gould to cut the lead to 2. The jokers responded through by adding two of their own to stretch the lead back to 4. D5 tried to get back in the game late on a pair of goals by Dan Mokrycki and Steve Gould but it was too little too late as D5 lost 7-4.

D5 finds themselves at .500 with a 3-3-2 record. D5 is now 0-4 versus Jokers Wild. D5 faces the first place team, house brothers, next week.
