~ C Game Recap - Game 9 - 02/09/06 vs Jokers Wild - 3/6 Loss

Thursday night D5 faced off against a strong Jokers Wild team. The team was without two of their leading forwards Chris Gill and Dan Mokrycki.

Early on D5 found themselves down by two as the Jokers wild team jumped out fast on D5. D5 got back in the game with a goal by Matt Gould. The Jokers added their third goal on a penalty shot. Behind some solid goaltending D5 got back in the game with a goal by Dan Gould and a 2nd by Matt Gould. With the game tied at 3's, D5 and Jokers Wild fought back and forth with both teams getting strong chances. Unfortunatly jokers wild was able to wear down D5 and scored 3 quick goals late in the game to seal the win.

D5's regular season closer will be next week versus Riptide.
